    Job Opening For Team Lead - E-Governance

    Designation: Team Lead
    Process: E-Governance
    Experience: 3 to 5 Years
    Work Location: Salem / Chennai
    Languages Known: English, Hindi, Kannada, or Telugu
    Candidates ready to travel/relocate PAN India preferred.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Mapping business requirements, and coordinating, developing, and implementing the process in line with the preset guidelines.
    • Monitoring the overall functioning, identifying improvement areas, and implementing measures to maximize productivity.
    • Preparing and presenting various weekly and monthly reports about process/ productivity.
    • Monitoring activities like client follow-ups, service reminders, and handling customer grievances
    • Ensuring and implementing measures to maximize customer satisfaction.
    • Leading, mentoring, and monitoring the performance of team members.
    • Conceptualizing and developing need-based training for developing a multi-skilled workforce within sub-processes for optimum efficiency.
    • Ensuring all data packets are collected from vendors promptly.
    • Verification of all vendor bills.
    • Auditing vendor sites and ensuring all requirements are adhered to.
    • Inspiring continuous improvement in support Management.
