Senior Growth Marketing Manager 

Location: Bengaluru, India 
Reports To: Chief Marketing Officer 
Role: Full-Time

 
Role Summary 

The Senior Growth Marketing Manager owns Vee Healthtek’s end-to-end growth engine: website, 
SEO/AEO/GEO, demand generation, events, analyst relations, and pipeline acceleration. 

This is a highly visible, hands-on role at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and SMEs. You will be 
accountable for turning awareness into qualified pipeline and measurable revenue impact - shaping how 
Vee Healthtek is discovered, evaluated, and chosen. 


Key Responsibilities 


Growth Strategy & Revenue Alignment 

  • Own the integrated growth roadmap aligned to GTM priorities and revenue targets. 
  • Partner with Sales and SMEs on buyer journeys, activation, and expansion. 
  • Build scalable acquisition and conversion systems; lead experimentation. 

Website, SEO / AEO / GEO 

  • Own the website as a core growth asset: strategy, UX, performance, and conversion. 
  • Lead redesigns and continuous optimization. 
  • Drive traditional SEO plus AI Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). 
  • Build executive-focused content architectures and optimize funnel paths. 

Demand Generation & Events 

  • Plan and run omnichannel demand across digital, content, ABM, partnerships, and events. 
  • Own Vee-hosted webinars/roundtables and third-party conference strategy. 
  • Build event playbooks tied directly to pipeline. 
  • Partner with Sales and BD teams to improve speed-to-lead and conversion. 

Analyst Relations 

  • Establish and manage Analyst Relations. 
  • Lead analyst briefings and positioning. 
  • Translate analyst insights into GTM messaging and sales enablement. 

Marketing Operations & Enablement 

  • Own funnel analytics, attribution, segmentation, and experimentation. 
  • Improve lead quality, scoring, and lifecycle progression. 
  • Equip Sales with audience insights and campaign intelligence. 

Success Metrics 
You will directly own or influence: 

  • Marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline 
  • MQL → SQL conversion 
  • Organic traffic and AI/search visibility 
  • Website conversion rates 
  • Event-generated pipeline 
  • Analyst leadership positions 
  • Marketing ROI and funnel predictability 

Who You Are 
Required 

  • 10–12+ years in B2B Services / SaaS growth, demand, or revenue marketing (healthcare or tech enabled Services preferred). 
  • Proven track record building predictable growth engines. 
  • Hands-on ownership of websites, SEO, and digital funnels. 
  • Experience driving pipeline from events. 
  • Strong command of modern martech stacks (CRM, MAP, analytics).
