Job Opening For Talent Acquisition Executive - Business Operations

Talent Acquisition Executive Job Description and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science, human resource management, psychology, or any related course
  • At least 2 years’ experience handling end-to-end recruitment
  • Must have experience in hiring healthcare professionals
  • Recruitment background from a BPO/call center is required
  • Preferably has a healthcare background
  • Working knowledge in managing HR management system, applicant tracker system (ATS), social networking sites, online job boards, recruitment database, and other recruitment tools and applications.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient computer and software skills to include the use of word processing, email, spreadsheets, and electronic presentations
  • Energetic and enthusiastic; good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight recruitment deadlines
  • Flexible and open-minded to various changes and business decisions
  • Works with minimal supervision
  • Willing to work in Ortigas in an onsite work arrangement
  • Amenable to work in a shifting schedule
