Job Opening For Talent Acquisition Executive - Business Operations
Talent Acquisition Executive Job Description and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science, human resource management, psychology, or any related course
At least 2 years’ experience handling end-to-end recruitment
Must have experience in hiring healthcare professionals
Recruitment background from a BPO/call center is required
Preferably has a healthcare background
Working knowledge in managing HR management system, applicant tracker system (ATS), social networking sites, online job boards, recruitment database, and other recruitment tools and applications.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient computer and software skills to include the use of word processing, email, spreadsheets, and electronic presentations
Energetic and enthusiastic; good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight recruitment deadlines
Flexible and open-minded to various changes and business decisions
Works with minimal supervision
Willing to work in Ortigas in an onsite work arrangement
