Job Opening For FP&A Analyst - Finance

Key Responsibilities:


1. Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Develop and maintain annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
  • Collaborate with department heads to gather inputs and ensure alignment with business goals.

 

2. Financial Modeling

  • Build dynamic models to evaluate scenarios, profitability, and business cases.
  • Support investment decisions, pricing strategies, and cost optimization initiatives.

 

3. Management Reporting

  • Prepare monthly/quarterly performance reports with analysis of key metrics.
  • Identify variances vs. budget/forecast and highlight risks or opportunities.

 

4. Strategic Support

  • Partner with leadership to provide insights for strategic planning.
  • Support long-range planning, capital allocation, and resource deployment.

 

5. Data Analysis & Visualization

  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Use tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to present findings visually.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • MBA, CFA, or CPA (preferred for senior roles).
  • 3–7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and BI tools.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
