AVP, Client Contracting-Revenue Cycle Management 

This role is integral to ensure that all client and vendor contracts align with the company’s strategic goals and legal requirements, thereby supporting smooth business operations and partnerships.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Contract Development and Negotiation:

  • Oversee and participate in the creation, negotiation, and execution of client and vendor contracts to ensure they meet company policies and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as legal, operations, and finance, and align contract terms with company strategies and risk management policies.
  • Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms and conditions.

 

Sales Support

  • Provide solution assistance for identified customers that will help close the sale
  • Assist with RFP reviews and responses

 

Contact Administration 

  • Ensure contracts meet company standards prior to execution by CEO
  • Maintain and make available contracts in accordance with company procedures

 

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and manage the contract team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Implement and manage contract management tools, systems, and procedures to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

 

Risk Management and Compliance:

  • Ensure all contracts comply with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Facilitate dispute resolution related to contracts, working closely with legal counsel and organization leadership to mitigate risks and protect company interests.

 

Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with external parties, including clients, partners, and vendors, to ensure favorable contract terms and ongoing business collaboration.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract-related matters.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, law, or a related field is required. Advanced degree preferred.

 

  • Experience: Must have a minimum of 3 -5 years’ experience in revenue cycle management contract drafting and service level agreements, including negotiation and compliance, is essential. Leadership experience required.

 

  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, problem solving, and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

 

  • Fully Remote Position; Salary range depending on experience: $160k-$190k plus comprehensive benefits plan and 401k match! 

 

  • Must be a US Resident and reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wyoming.
