Job Opening For Patient Support Executive - Medical Billing

Your Impact

As a Patient Services Executive, you will support the front line of U.S. healthcare operations by helping patients resolve questions, update information, and move administrative processes forward. Each accurate call, patient update, and documented next step helps claims, appointments, and patient accounts progress with less friction.

This role is built for someone who communicates clearly, protects patient information, and stays steady in high-volume patient support work. You will connect patient service, medical billing, and revenue cycle management in a practical, visible way.

What You’ll Do

Patient Support and Account Resolution

  • Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls with clear, professional communication.

  • Identify the right patient before disclosing information and protect patient privacy throughout each interaction.

  • Listen to customer questions, resolve issues when possible, and escalate unresolved concerns to supervisors.

  • Respond appropriately to insurance queries and obtain missing information so claims can be processed.

  • Document call details thoroughly and maintain efficient call handling time.

  • Discuss potential follow-up methods, including payment in full and partial payment discussions.

  • Understand disputes and objections, update patients about out-of-pocket expenses, and obtain insurance details.

  • Collect referral information, PCP information, accidental information, demographic corrections, workers' compensation details, injury date, COB updates, ABN/AOB pending details, and other required patient information.

  • Support appointment scheduling, appointment cancellation, and appointment reminders.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Maintain professional decorum, punctuality, and strong interpersonal coordination.

  • Plan leaves well in advance.

Compliance

  • Ensure privacy and security in the operation area, including work from office and home if applicable.

  • Acknowledge all organizational policies as per HR procedure.

  • Attend compliance awareness, refresher sessions, and other security training programs as per L&D procedure.

  • Stay aware of agreed SLAs for assigned projects and follow all information security guidelines.

  • Report any security and privacy incidents to the reporting manager, HR, Compliance Team, or CISO.

  • Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the data and information you handle.

  • Adhere to the NDA and confidentiality agreement.

  • Adhere to the Micro Company's CISO roles and responsibilities if assigned as a Micro Company Compliance SPOC.

What You’ll Bring

Experience and Skills

  • Must have 1 year of healthcare work experience.

  • Experience in medical billing.

  • Experience in RCM, clinical or non-clinical.

  • Patient Provider Services experience.

  • Good communication, neutral accent, and effective rate of speech.

What You Can Expect

You can expect patient-facing work that ties directly to healthcare access, billing accuracy, and account resolution. You will be part of a close-knit, high-accountability team supporting U.S. healthcare operations through clear communication and careful documentation.

Benefits

  • HMO Coverage: Day-one HMO coverage with a Php 200,000 maximum benefit limit, plus 1 dependent for individual contributors or up to 2 dependents for managers and above. 

  • 13th Month Pay: Employees who work at least one month in the calendar year are eligible for 13th Month Pay, released on or before December 24 and computed according to Labor Code and DOLE guidelines. 

  • Service Incentive Leave: 20 leave credits per year, prorated in the first year based on hire date. 

  • Unused Leave Credit Monetization: Unused leave credits may be monetized at year-end, up to 5 days for individual contributors or up to 10 days for managers and above. 

  • Night Differential: 10% night differential for eligible work hours. 

  • Working Hours: 8 working hours per day, excluding a 1-hour lunch break. 

  • Annual Performance Appraisal: Eligibility is based on individual and company performance. 

  • Other Leaves: Includes applicable statutory leaves such as Magna Carta, Solo Parent, VAWC, Maternity, Paternity, and other legally mandated leaves.
