Qualification: Diploma (or) PUC II

Experience: 2+ Yrs

 

Primary Skill

  • Good domain knowledge
  • Good oral & written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Word/Excel
  • Excellent analytical skills with understanding of health care claims processing.
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Willingness to be a team player and show initiative where needed.
  • Willingness to work in Flexible Shifts

 

Primary Roles Responsibilities

  • Ensuring all quality parameters are met by removing errors.
  • Working towards service levels and meet the productivity and quality requirements.
  • Counseling the team members on quality issues.
  • Documenting all errors and giving feedback to each team member in the prescribed format.
  • Ensuring all client updates are recorded and shared across the team.
  • Executing quality check as per the latest updates.
  • Ensuring timely communication with the clients.
  • Identifying and updating your supervisor on the training requirements of your team.

 

Secondary Roles Responsibilities

  • Maintaining professional decorum and punctuality
  • Planning leaves well in advance
  • Ensuring good interpersonal relations are maintained while coordinating

 

Compliance

  • Ensuring privacy and security in the operation and in the operation area that includes work from office and home.
  • Ensuring you have acknowledged all the Organizational policies as per HR Procedure
  • Ensuring you are attending the compliance awareness and refresher sessions & other security training programs as per L&D Procedure
  • Ensuring you are aware of agreed SLA of the projects you are working on.
  • Following all the information security guidelines
  • Reporting all security & privacy incidents to your reporting manager/ HR/Compliance Team/CISO
  • Ensuring confidentiality, integrity & availability of data/information you handle
  • Adhering to the NDA & confidentiality agreement
  • Adhering to the Micro Company's CISO's roles & responsibilities if you are a Micro Company Compliance SPOC
